1. Navigate to https://app.hosthive.io/company/settings#service-names
2. Click "Service Checklists"

3. Click "+ Checklist"

4. Click the "eg. Turnover checklist" field to enter a new checklist name

5. Define checklist areas. You can have a single area or as many as you'd like.

6. Click "Add"

7. Click here.

8. Under each area, you can define an item that those who service appointments will need to mark as completed in the service report.

9. Click "Add"

10. Type "Take out trash"
11. Click "Add"

12. Click the "Wash Dishes" field.

13. Click "Add"

14. Type "Sweep & Mop"
15. Click "Add"

16. Type "Bathrooms"
17. Click here.

18. Click this icon.

19. Type "Wash all linens"
20. Click "Add"

21. Click "Create"
