The Calendar is your command center for scheduling. See all your appointments across properties, drag to reschedule, and stay on top of what's happening each day.

See the entire month at a glance with appointments as colored blocks on their scheduled dates.

Click View List in the top-right to see filtered appointments in table format.
Step 1: Select Property
Click the Property dropdown and choose where the service will be performed.
Step 2: Choose Service Type
Select the service type (Turnover Clean, Deep Clean, Inspection, etc.).
Step 3: Set Date and Time
Date may be pre-filled if you clicked a calendar date. Enter start time.
Step 4: Assign Service Partner (Optional)
Select who will perform the service, or leave as "Default: Current Company".
Step 5: Create
Click Create Appointment to save.

Several configuration options affect your calendar experience.

When you connect booking calendars via Settings → Property Integrations:
Cause: Filters applied or no appointments in date range
Solution: Set filters to "All Properties" and "All Statuses", navigate to a date with appointments
Cause: Page not fully loaded or connection issue
Solution: Wait for loading to complete, refresh page, clear browser cache
Cause: Validation error or save failed
Solution: Check for error messages, verify internet connection, try using Edit instead
Cause: Timezone mismatch
Solution: Check Settings > User Profile timezone matches your browser timezone
Cause: No service types configured
Solution: Navigate to Settings > Service Names and create service types
Cause: Integration disconnected or sync hasn't run
Solution: Check Settings > Property Settings, verify integration is connected, wait for sync
