Your personal work queue. See all appointments assigned to you, update statuses, and complete service reports—all in one place.
My Tasks is designed for service partners, cleaners, and anyone who performs appointments in the field. It shows only what's relevant to you: your assignments, your pending tasks, and your completed work.
Property owners and managers may prefer the Calendar for a view across all team members.
Click My Tasks in the sidebar, or press Cmd+K and search for "My Tasks".
Each appointment appears as a card showing:
- Property name — Where the work is
- Service type — Turnover, Deep Clean, Inspection, etc.
- Date & time — When you're expected
- Status — Pending, Accepted, In Progress, or Completed
Focus on what you need:
- Today: Just today's tasks
- Upcoming: All future tasks
- Status: Pending Acceptance, Accepted, In Progress, Completed
- Property: Tasks for a specific property
When you're assigned a new task, it appears as "Pending Acceptance." You need to confirm you'll do the job.
Actions:
- Accept — Confirm you'll do the work (owner gets notified)
- Decline — Pass on the job (owner gets notified and can reassign)
Tip: Accept or decline promptly so owners know their service is covered.

Actions:
- Start — Mark when you arrive at the property
- View property details for access codes and instructions
You've started the service. Work is underway.
Actions:
- Complete — Finish the job and submit your service report
- Add notes or photos while working
The job is done. Your service report is attached.

- View your submitted report
- See time tracked and photos uploaded
When you tap Complete, you'll fill out a service report:
- Add notes — What did you do? Any issues found?
- Upload photos — Before/after images document your work
- Track time — Record how long the job took
- Report issues — Flag problems for the owner (optional)
- Submit — Your report is saved and the owner is notified
- Visual proof of completed work
- Protects you if questions arise
- Helps owners see property condition
- Open My Tasks
- Review today's appointments
- Check property details for access codes and special instructions
- Tap Start when you arrive
- Take "before" photos if needed
- Do the work
- Take "after" photos
- Tap Complete and submit your report
- Make sure all tasks are completed
- Check tomorrow's schedule
- Accept/decline any new pending assignments
From any task card, you can:
- View Property — See full property details
- View Notes — Read owner instructions
- Call Owner — Quick dial if you have questions
- Get Directions — Open Maps to navigate to the property
- Make sure you're assigned to the task (owner assigns you)
- Check your filters—you might be filtering it out
- Pull to refresh to get the latest data
- Make sure you've started the task first (In Progress status)
- Check your internet connection
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Check your internet connection
- Try uploading fewer photos at once
- Make sure you have storage space on your device
