HostHive uses Firebase Authentication to secure your account with industry-standard protection.
All personal information is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption—the same standard used by banks. Even HostHive employees can't see your data in plain text.
Password changes are handled through Firebase Authentication:

Cause: File exceeds 2MB or unsupported format
Solution: Use JPG, PNG, or GIF under 2MB. Resize large images before uploading.
Cause: Email in spam or delay in delivery
Solution: Check spam folder, wait 5-10 minutes, verify correct email, request new link.
Cause: Links are only valid for ~1 hour
Solution: Request a new password reset link and use it immediately.
Cause: Browser permissions blocked or system notifications disabled
Solution: Check browser notification permissions for HostHive, enable in OS settings, try logging out and back in.
Cause: Emails filtered to spam or notifications disabled
Solution: Check spam folder, add [email protected] to contacts, verify notifications are enabled in settings.
Cause: Network issue or session timeout
Solution: Check internet connection, refresh page, try again. Log out and back in if it persists.
